UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Items will be posted within 48 hours of cleared payment via Royal Mail.

Standard delivery normally takes between 3-5 working days to arrive. 

You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We are happy to say we now ship WORLDWIDE.

We hold stock both in the UK and the USA.

Any items purchased in the USA will be shipped from our fulfilment centre in Illnois.

( Please note only some of our products ship from the USA)

Cat caves are shipped from the UK. 

​There are some countries where Royal Mail do not deliver however we can ship via Courier.

Royal mail sends parcels to over 200 countries around the world including popular shipping destinations such as the USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, France and China.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

​All orders can be tracked via Royal Mail which can take up to 1-2 weeks depending where you are in the world. 

Please note all orders are packed and ready to ship within 48hrs.

It is the customer's responsibility to write their correct address and name upon checkout.

​Royal Mail estimated delivery time for UK customers is 2-3 days and international shipping 5-7 days depending on where you are this may take longer.

Once your order had been packed you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

RETURNS

Please note that all of our items are handmade in small quantities so there may be slight changes to the original photos, 

However, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us we will be happy to answer any questions and process a return within 14 days. 

If there is damage to your item which occurred during transit, please contact the email above and we will be happy to return it.

All returned items must be unused and clean in its original packaging and free from fur.

Returns will be at buyers cost.
